A native of the area, Kim brings a wealth of connections that we have been able to use as part of our network, including local real estate agents and lawyers, all of whom play a role in getting the job done.
Lake Title & Escrow offers top-notch products from Chicago Title Insurance as well as our own tool, Title Stream, giving you daily updates on your transaction and closing. In fact, our use of technology to facilitate closings helps shorten the process and increase accuracy!
