Kim Fuller began Lake Title & Escrow in 2019 after serving as a paralegal and licensed agent for a local title insurance agency. A Mecklenburg County native, Kim has served the community in this role for over 25 years.
Kim brings her wealth of knowledge, her local connections, and her incredible work ethic to ensure that your real estate transactions are as smooth as possible. She goes the extra mile to ensure her clients’ satisfaction and is proud to have so many repeat and loyal clients!
Beth Slabach began working at Lake Title & Escrow in 2023. She helped open our South Boston location in October 24 and serves as our office manager there and closing coordinator.
A Halifax County native, Beth brings years of experience along with her calm demeanor to the team. Her dedication, positivity, and hard work have allowed Lake Title & Escrow to help more clients than ever.
